There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how we work.
That said, in our experience as real estate professionals, we've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting our clients first . This means keeping ourselves accessible, being good listeners as well as good communicators, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, we've found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything we've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped us to extend the range of services we provide to our clients.
We believe that 4% is a fair price to charge our clients for selling their home. When the average home price in the United States was under $100,000, it made sense to charge 7%. Back then, Realtors did most of work on finding financing, completing title searches, and drawing up the closing papers. Today, most of those services are done by third party professionals, who you are also paying.
We believe that good Realtors are worth every penny you pay them. After all, they are helping you make one of the most important investments you will ever make. We just think that 4% is a fair price for that service.
Some Simple Math:
If you sell your house for $200,000:
Standard 7% commission = $14,000
Our 4% commission = $ 8,000
Your SAVE $6,000!
Same service. Different price.
